Brittany Dickerson is a South Carolina mother of two with the inherited kidney disease, PKD. She is urgently seeking a living kidney donor as she is in kidney failure with 5% kidney function. A kidney transplant from a living donor can allow Brittany to continue being there for her daughter, Autumn and her son, Sincere.
